Process
The assessment is a four step process:
    A client completes the Pre-Assessment Survey and returns it to the IAC along with 12 months of utility bills.
    The center compiles this information and then schedules a one-day on site energy audit.
    Within 60 days, the client receives a confidential report detailing the team's analysis and money-saving recommendations, along with estimates of related costs, performances, and payback periods.
    In six to nine months, the IAC follows up with a letter to the client to see which, if any, recommendations were implemented.

Pre-Assessment Survey: The pre-assessment survey may be filled out and sent by email, fax or postal service. Please use the most convenient method to send it to the Syracuse IAC. Our contact information is at the bottom of the page.
