Chuck Walck joined the IAC as a first year graduate student in June, 2011 after completing his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Syracuse University. Over the course of his IAC tenure, Chuck took the lead role on four energy assessments and participated in 19 total. In addition to his work in the IAC, Chuck also maintained a teaching assistantship in the Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Department. Chuck graduated with his M.S. in Engineering Management this spring. Earlier this month, Chuck began working as an Assistant Engineer I for Clough Harbour & Associates’ (CHA) energy division in Rochester, NY.
Cole Tucker has been involved with the IAC program since his sophomore year. This spring, he graduated with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Cole participated in 11 assessments, personally leading five. He is currently working for Ecological, an energy consulting firm in New York City as an Energy Engineer.
Enrica Galasso began working in the IAC during the summer before her junior year. After graduating this spring with her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Enrica decided to stay on at the IAC as a graduate student. She will begin her studies in Engineering Management this fall.
Josh Huizinga joined the IAC program spring semester of his junior year. During his time with the IAC, Josh participated in nine assessments, leading three. He graduated in May with his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Josh recently began work as an Energy Engineer in BAE Systems’ Greenlawn, NY office where he directly develops plans both internally and externally to implement energy efficiency initiatives across the company.
